In 2018, he founded Nonsuch Mushrooms Limited, a company dedicated to producing high-quality mushrooms and mushroom cultivation kits. Operating from Dunsfold, Surrey, Nonsuch Mushrooms has gained recognition for its commitment to sustainable farming practices.
