Nonsuch mushrooms was formed in 2018 firstly in Sutton Surrey then moving to Surrey hills in 2019
We are now at our fourth location .
So after over 40 years of working in the catering industry as a chef working at high end restaurants and around the world .
After growing mushrooms as a hobby I decided to grow some for friends etc and did our first show in 2018 in Cheam .
I have always had a string knowledge of mushrooms both wild and cultivated, knowing when to grow them and what times of the year wild ones are in season.
