Ian’s career spans over four decades, during which he has worked with some of London’s finest establishments, including The Square, The Mayfair Hotel, The Caprice, and The Ivy. He has also travelled extensively, honing his culinary skills in the United States, Australia, the Middle East, and across Europe.
